Come help plant native trees and shrubs and spread mulch at the Soos Creek boat launch, in Auburn WA on Saturday, March 3, 2019.

Together with our partner Green River Coalition, we’ll be continuing work to revegetate the banks of the Green River, to help cool and clean the water for healthy salmon and orcas.
We’ll have work gloves and shovels for you to use, and will provide light snacks to keep you going.
Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather!
Funding for the project is provided by WRIA 9 at King County and the King County Flood Control District. Some of the trees will be provided by Forterra’s Evergreen Carbon Capture program.
